Ordinances

 The GBIA ordinances cover items such as the following and the amount of the fine for violating these acts:  

• Opening or advertising a retail business outside of the area so designated.

• Defines what acts are considered a "nuisance".

• Forbidden construction or review procedure.

• Trespassing.

• Meetings.

• Limits and procedures pertaining to the powers of the Board.

Note:    Ordinances No.1, 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 were revised 8-20-83.  Ordinances No. 12 through 16 were added 8-20-83.
