The Grove Beach Improvement Association (GBIA) is a special taxing district (i.e. membership is mandatory) formed under an 1895 special act of the legislature (Special Law 88, Volume XII, p. 118). It is comprised of approximately 200 properties south of Route 1 located in the southeast corner of Clinton, CT and the southwest corner of Westbrook, CT.

If you haven't heard, a Windows update "broke" the print function on my billing software. Bills were emailed to many and have been reported to have gone to spam/junk folders (so they would be gone now). I've found a way to print each bill individually and have resent bills for which I have not recieved a payment. The Board has given me permission to extend the interest-free grace period to Sept 1. Please take advantage of this and get your payments to me ASAP. (P.S. We still cannot take payments on-line or over the phone but you may also bring cash or a check to Christine Migdole at 131 Grove Beach Rd S.
